SEO Question: How do SE see links on page?

I have read more than 100 links on a page is considered spammy. But what 50 of those links are links to your own internal pages? Are all links counted against you or just the outbound?

I have about 1000 links on my homepage, but I tell google to ignore almost all of them. Instead, I only leave open about 30 links for google to follow.

The tag works for me. But you got me wondering, so I'm going to double check.

I was correct, the no follow tag does work.
