    I have a friend who rides around up here when it's -10 or colder with one blanket in the trunk. As any northerner will tell you that's crazy. People have and do freeze to death in their cars. Altho with cell phones much less.

    Altho, how many cell phones have full desert coverage either.

    I would feel more mechanicly sound on a bike than in a car tho.

        Well, I carry two cells [two different carriers] so I am pretty well covered on I-15 between LA and Vegas. On top of that had goodgirl's Droid and two laptops with wireless cards.
