They advertise Bank of America on their website as being one of their partners. Well, the first ACH Transfer I did with i-payout to my business Bank of America account took 6 days. It NEVER takes me more than a couple of days to receive an ACH Transfer to my B o A account from anyone else, including ePassporte when they were still around, so that leads me to believe they are sitting on the money before sending it. Talked to my banker and he said it should never take that long and asked me to get the routing info on it, so he could trace it. I-payout refused to provide me such tracking info until a week had passed. Since then my transfers had gotten a little faster from them but still nothing like anyone else I receive ACH Transfers from. Also, you have to pay per minute to talk to an account representative over the phone with them. Needless to say, I'm not totally thrilled with them so far.Comment

You can do online chat for free during normal business hours. I waited an hour and 15 minutes one time to chat with a rep and she kind of had an attitude about her. To speak over the phone they charge $1 per minute.
