                                                              I won't comment on who would win, but it would cost a LOT to go after them on that, take YEARS in court and the hot aspect of it would be over by the time any final legal decision could be made by our judicial system

                                                                              The domain expired at godaddy. I had it on backorder and was bidding on it. It went for about 13k at the end, FFN won the auction.

                                                                                  I tried it yesterday and the landing page code builder is buggy, no matter what I always got "Men looking for women", so just changed the options in the output link and it worked fine. You should check it out

                                                                                                          From what I read about both companies, facebook would have an advantage they actually have liquid and I dont think ff would have the horsepower to last long in a battle with a fortune 500 company.
