are there any good alternatives to webmasterchecks?

And I heard that Webmasterchecks still hasn't solved their problem with frozen funds however they process new checks.

Did anyone receive any new checks from them? Is everything ok with that checks?

Cash bills are accepted everywhere.

However, the cash bills can be deposited under anyone's name.

Cheques are only written for a specific name.

The alternative can be to send cash bills in an envelope - just be careful the envelope does not get intercepted by someone else.
