I'm more mainstream these days and that traffic comes from type in on killer .com domains and front page google listings, on the adult end it comes from...

You didnt mention social networks etc...I think a lot of traffic now comes from blogs....twitter...facebook etc and also it looks like more and more webmasters are using the simple quick no fuss option of brokers and ad networks such as juicyads for example.........or thats what it seems like to me.
