Position: Account Executive, Ad Sales

The company enables publishers to monetize their sites by offering an easy-to-use set of tools that handle all publishers' ad sales needs. Black Label Ads helps adult advertisers tap into highly targeted demographics among more than 10,000 high-performing web sites, totaling 300 million daily page views.

This is an inside sales position which is primarily responsible for prospecting advertisers to participate in the Black Label Ads advertising network. The position involves high volume cold calling and prospecting.

We are looking for dynamic and persistent candidates to be the next generation of great sales people. We are seeking high-energy individuals to develop new business through prospecting and cold calling, managing and growing existing assigned accounts/budgets, identifying clients? advertising needs and developing and presenting customized solutions to meet those needs.

We are seeking a candidate with a proven track record of success in sales. You must be able to work independently, aggressively and in a timely manner. We are a startup with aggressive revenue goals.

Responsibilities:

* Generate new advertising business in the adult vertical based on a specific lead list.
* Develop and maintain strong business relationships with agencies and direct advertisers.
* Analyze client needs and recommend the appropriate BLA product/solution.
* Negotiate and close mutually beneficial service agreements.
* Service client needs before, during and after campaign to maximize retention.
* Other revenue generating duties as assigned.
* Meet quarterly and annual revenue goals according to account revenue.

Requirements:

* 5+ years of successful online advertising sales experience; experience within the adult vertical a plus.
o Must be knowledgeable of CPM, CPC and CPA campaign dynamics.
* Desire to work in an entrepreneurial environment.
* Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
* Polished telephone sales skills; strong closer.
* Must be very driven, self-motivated and detail oriented.
* Solid understanding of ad delivery and exchange technology combined with knowledge of current industry trends.
* Bachelors Degree
