Porn is illegal in most muslim countries, but there is sure as hell a demand. As long as the paysite is hosted in a country where it is legal there shouldn't be any problems. There is a demand for arabic porn from alot of western countries as well.

No clue how to bill in those countries. But censors are fairly easy to get around if they are in use. From what I can see on hits to many of my sites there are no censors in place for many muslim countries or they are not working. Porn is legal in Turkey btw and some other muslim countries don't enforce the ban.
