You have to send in an ID for your broker acct to refer webmasters and you have to sign up a new webmaster that makes you $50 every three months (or something like that) or you lose your downstream.

This does seem to happen more and more lately but in the past it was fixed pretty quickly.

Basically, they changed their terms so that they make more money and affiliates make less.
