We didn't SPAM you with our newsletter. We offer an 'unsubscribe' feature that you could have used to remove yourself from the newsletter mailings. Blocking an entire domain is slight overkill, don't you think? We do apologize if we caused you any inconveniences.

Which stops it being spam in what way? Seems like the guy never asked you to send the e-mail in the first place which to most people means spam.

It was spam if Jimmy did not sign up for THAT mailing. Don't hide behind the letter of the law with that BS about a remove link... read further into that... it means remove from the LIST... NOT add it to the one you will sell in an hour to someone else while removing it from your particular mailing.

Spamming adult webmasters to join paysites is real bright.
