There has been some talk about launching a criminal investigation for criminal negligence...after the intial investigation...as to what the actual events were...is completed. I would assume that whoever insured them are also initiating there own investigation and if negligence is found it could void their insurance. These investigations and if there are prosecutions will be played out over years and years...and could be upward of 20 years.
