    Is MotivatedPhotos Selling Your Content?

    We were alerted today to MotivatedPhotos.com who create those dorky "motivational posters" online.

    We have so far found over 40+ images of ours being used on there (watermarks removed). Not only that, but these people sell these posters of the images in addition to using the images.

    I see stuff belonging to Playboy, Janessa Brazil, Southern Brooke, Phil Flash, and numerous other online models and more. None with credits or watermarks.

    You may want to look through their content and see if they are reselling your stuff.

          looks pretty close to "fair use"? except the detail that they are selling those posters, but who knows, there could be some loophole that makes it legal?

                      Sending a percentage of the traffic to FHGs or the owner site would make it legal to use photos, I think. "Removing watermarks" - this does not sound good at all.
