I do not condone anything to do with pedo but free spech is just that. they tried to ban the anarchist cookbook too, banning things wont stop anything. burning books doesnt stop anything no matter how upset you are by the content of the book.

I don't like child porn either.

BUT, child molestors don't hurt anyone on line, and the internet is a fucking huge scapegoat on this.

The majority of child molestors molest people they know, just like the majority of rapists rape people they know. The internet has nothing to do with this reality.

Parents need to stop passing the buck and watching out for their kids. Don't believe that bullshit that you couldn't have stopped it. You could have but you had better things to do and now you want to blame someone.

No one can climb through your computer and attack you or your kid

I guess you didn't watch the report. They were actually talking about a manual teaching child rapists how to find real kids so that they could rape them.... this is not about talking to kids online.

There's books about how to make nuclear bombs! Are you promoting censorship or what? Like I said, watch your fucking kid. There is no excuse for you kid being left alone with strangers or not being informed about the dangers of society by the time he or she is old enough to be left alone.

There will always be some mishap that happens even when you follow these rules, but it will mostly cover most things. I know parents hate to actually parent, but protecting your kids is part of it, and predators have been around since the beginning of time.

I would say more so than with strangers, so once again, how does banning a book in this internet witch hunt solve the real problem?
