    Are hosted Galleries catch 22
    Do they really make good money for the pay site they push?
    The main problems being that TGP?s that list hosted galleries don?t normally list submitter?s galleries that are selling the same site because of direct competing. So here?s the catch while they will get some sales from hosted galleries they then miss out on sales that the tgp poster may have got and then pay for the bandwidth for the hosted galleries. So when we do our math?s dose it really add up?
    So how can the sponsor work out how to what to do? We now see some fake tgp?s where all they list are hosted galleries and these do produce sales that the sponsor would miss out on if he didn?t supply hosted galleries.
    I like to see a sponsor test this Idea of mine what If they paid a large TGP a flat fee per month to list galleries that their affiliates make and submit could they make money from this? No doubt they would attract new affiliates because of this. Maybe offering this instead of prizes. It always comes down to how much you make and how much you spend profit is always the most important thing but some fresh ideas never hurt.

          of course they are. Good for TGP owners, bad for gallery makers who are lazy and expect sales from submitting them all day

                          Since I added hosted galleries, sales have been way up. I think there is a direct connection.

                              So the sponsor pays twice? They pay the TGP a monthly fee, plus the gallery submitter a comission? Makes no sense, why not just give the commission to the TGP owner like they're doing? Let me guess, most of your income comes from submitting galleries? Well, the average submitter is quickly becomming a thing of the past, accept it.

                                  A sponsor should pay so that a single TGP becomes oversaturated with their stuff and burns out on it? And then pay the people who submit those oversaturated galleries their payout as well?

                                  To me, having galleries that TGPs list for free if they want to sounds a lot better. There are still plenty of opportunities for affiliates. While I don't want to take them away from them, I also want my sites to make money directly.

                                      I would like to test the idea that gallery submitters pay for their own damn listings and sink or swim on their ability to sell.

                                          Im anything but the average submitter some of my income comes from gallery makeing and submitting and it's becomeing very clear that getting good spots on tgp's must now be bought.
                                          I just find this a interesting idea sponsor programe offer all sorts of stuff to attract affiliates that cost money like X-boxs at least with this idea they stand a good chance at makeing money.
