I am surprised they even let anyone know they were going to kill the feed. The whole oil spill is a mess so what is one more thing. BP will have a big bill to pay as will the company than runs the rig that sank (or I guess their insurers will). Kind of sucks that the govt has done next to nothing to get this resolved other than bitch and moan. I guess this is Obama's Katrina.

I hate that stupid fucking feed. They can do that, but they can't do anything else.

They should set up cams on all the animals dying right now, covered in oil. The beach shores with dead sea creatures. A stupid feed where the oil is coming out is lame.

BP claimed it was only 5000 barrels a day leaking from hole, have read estimates now are over 100,000 a day LOL
