i dont know the logistics of it all, but if they had towers staffed by national guard will orders to open fire, i'm sure they could figure it all out.

they need to stop pussy footing around and just bring the hammer down. give amnesty to those who are here NOW, make them pay taxes, and then put the word out they we are full. anyone else coming in illegally will depart the earth in the most gruesome manner.

there is no clean and simple solution. its going to have to get dirty.
