depends on the quality/quantity of the banners, if logos and text are already agreed, if content is provided or the designer has to go through sites gathering content, how complex the flash is etc...

that's like saying how much is a car they can range from $5k to a million but its still a car.

for a typical banner orders (i have all the content and details)
