This is funny, so true. They used to say never put a baby on it's back, now it's never put a baby on it's stomach. I just had twins, well they will be a year this Friday. Every 10 years they change this system around. Pretty soon they'll say leave them on their sides. lol

Potassium, sodium, selenium, iron, even ingesting too much water will kill you. I can't begin to comment on the safety of whatever is in those bags but actual fluoride is safe in the amounts added to water supplies.
