then you want wu shu for that or wing chung I used to do karate, thai/kick boxing, kali and jeet koon do years ago but im a fat lazy barsteward now i just do yang style tai chi and ba gua zang i think my new year resolution is to train a bit more than i am doing now

That is my new years resolution too

Firehorse and I are both really into Jeet Kune Do and Wing Chung

Ive also done Karate and Muay Thai

this year is the yar I start intensly trainng - Have to do it while I'm still young so I dont loose spoeed and flexibility

I noticed yesterday how unflexible I am since being pregnant for 9 months - being stationary all the time

we are also working on building our site: martialarstmagic dot com
