Colours look OK to me - not particularly overkeen on the rusty red colour for some of the text myself but overall nothing clashes. Just about anything goes over a peachy colour without too much trouble and its an inoffensive background on the eye. Makes for easier navigation. I fucking hate it when I'm staring at a site with a bizarre colour scheme and I'm squinting just to find what I'm looking for amongst the colours.Comment

I've gotta agree with you there. It works in some places (GFY for example looks fine) but there are so many crappy black websites out there that I find them annoying and hard to look at. Calling your colour scheme 'weak' was an interesting comment although I don't see why it needs to look 'hard'. If it is just gonna be a list site (as it looks to be) then its probably better looking a litte 'weak' so its readable and easy to navigate. Look at the Hun - yellow certainly isn't a 'hard' colour and for the type of site he runs, the 'soft' or 'weak' colour scheme works very well.Originally posted by novaknet
