I spotted in cake shop a can of half litter of monster drink,which i remember how someone said here how it's better then red bull.So i tried and it is really better-seems that is not just energetic drink,it is also a juice.And after it i am no longer thirsty

Anyone else have such experience?

taurine is poison in my opinion... stick with caffeine, at least they have studied the long term affects on that, there's no credible data on taurine yet.

Well i wont become regular user of it,i just like to try new things.For example i need to try red bull cola as well.

I like red bull best... idk.... but i dont really drink energy drinks... they have like 35g of sugar in a little drink ughhhh that really is not good, its like a whole days worth of sugar.
