    This looks good.

Avocados, Rotel, lime and salt. That is all you need to make some great guac!

                1 can Rotel tomatoes, chopped
                1 sm. pkg. Velveeta cheese
                Corn chips (dip size)
Melt Velveeta cheese. Add chopped tomatoes. Serve warm with dip size corn chips./

(recipes on GFY! I knew it would come to this.)

                    my guac consists of:
                    3 avocados
1 medium finely chopped red onion
                    1 bunch fresh chopped cilantro
                    2 fresh diced tomatoes
2-3 fresh chopped Serranos (though sometimes I'll blacken them)
juice from 2 limes (I like a lot of lime juice in my guac)
salt to taste, usually just a couple good sprinkles
