Man Ive been putting in 3+ hours a day bike riding trails and along waterways down here, my forehead, arms, shoulders etc... are sun burnt! lol

i guess you know you getting enough outdoor time when you start getting a free tan LOL

thats a long ass ride.. i never do long ones without sunblock though. What kind of food you bringing on a ride like that?

I dont bring food, although I do eat some blackberries along all the trails, I bring water, ipod, and blackberry (phone) not fruit heheh.

I started doing 12 miles a day a couple weeks back but lately have been riding through the trails that go through the woods here, I live near a national reserve and they have 1000s of acres of woods surrounding us, i just go and ride - no plans no directions, I grew up here so I know these woods like I know the streets! I ride the levess, see deer, gators, snakes, everyhing you can imagine in the swamps...

The trails are lined with blackberry bushes 10 feet high, so I eat those on my breaks LOL no need to bring food. Its been the best escape I have come across

oh and ive started using sunblock too lol but its brutal out there on the water trails and along the levee trails. I can feel it cooking me through my shirt lol

I had only once 3 hours ride true shifty dirty roads, my ass hurted like hell but no sunburnts :P

nice! Ive been doing off road daily man, except when it rains and yes, its like slop, but thats when I bust out the 4 wheeler and go MUD RIDING!
