                  Its a comedy show. Lame jokes that aren't even funny, for stay at home housewives.
                  The reason the wives would laugh is because everyone in the show is always laughing..
                  He also makes jokes about being "black". Like he tells the class:

Only black comedians are allowed to make race based jokes about blacks , unless they involve rappers or large penis's. So thats really all the race based jokes about blacks most americans are exposed to.

                                                                                                                                              South park has done bits about it before , there are "taboo" topics for comedians. "jews" ( unless it involves jewish mothers or tipping)
