Thank you very much for letting us pick your brain. There are many negative posts on gfy but one thread like this is worth 100 bad ones and why I like and still visit the forum.

I had forgotten about the price of cams and that yes, it is expensive for the average surfer. many surfers are hesitant to pay a mere $19.99 for a porn or dating site so $2/min is steep. It narrows down the pool of qualified surfers quite a bit in the adult online world.

It was also good you mentioned knowing the product and educating your surfers on it too. I know about cams but don't have the depth of understanding with it that I do with porn and dating and I think it does make a difference in terms of my ability to sell it.

We use splitcam yet still it does not seem to work. We have logged into camconomy, freecams & adultwork. The first one to be opened gives full perfect crystal clear picture from a 3chip camera plugged in dv. The other 2 pages show no picture.... can you help bro?

AW seems to work with no problems through splitcam but with the flash programs from camconomy, there does not seem to be an area to place the device source. Any ideas?

You would need to ask the cam sites directly regarding this matter. I can't really comment on it.

Right click on the flash screen, click settings, click on the webcam icon, select SplitCam as the source.

make a landing page with your contact info on it and start sending him sales.

Get the studio pricing, but don't worry about the girls till last. I see so many that think they can just start up a ppv cam site and worry too much about getting the girls, but can't get the script/hosting/traffic/affiliate program right to begin with.

I do ok, nothing too fancy though. There's always room for improvements.

there are way better than that, try SUPER WEBCAM or VERY SOFT or CAM ZOOMER

Depends on what you're going for with the motor. Low end torque, high end power, streetability, a nice lope, dyno numbers, track numbers etc.
