    Verizon iPhone Release Date In June? iPhone 4G Release Date & Apple Expected To Ship 24 Million

    Here is another news report claiming that Verizon iPhone release date is June 21 2010. Techtechies.com has opined that iPhone 4G with Verizon is releasing on June 21 based on news reports that Apple placed 10 million CDMA units? orders.

    Anyway on Verizon or not but iPhone 4G release date in June idea is gaining strength every day.

    According to a report in Digitimes, quoting unnamed sources in Taiwan?s manufacturing channel, Apple could ship 24 million next-generation iPhones in 2010.

          Apple and ATT have a 5 year contract, through 2012. Engadget managed to dig this up last week.

          Barring some major loophole (ie. A completely different phone with different name), I don't put much stock in these rumors. We've only been hearing the same thing for at least 2 years now.

              yep, i saw this last week and started to cry.. i thought for sure that the iphone was coming in june.

              i just ordered the htc incredible for the time being...

                  I like how one rinky dink site is reporting that another rinky dink site is reporting that this is happening.

                  None of the big gadget, phone or Apple blogs are really even discussing this anymore.

                  Are those your sites dude? I've never heard of either of them.

                  The Incredible is a nice phone. HTC makes some nice hardware.

                              anyone use android?? was actually thinking of leaving ATT to go to verizon but was looking at the HTC incredible droid?

                                                                          If you read the first sentence in the thread it does say "HERE IS ANOTHER CLAIM" & the thread subject itself has a "?"

                                                                          Claim not fact... nor did i say it was a trusted sourced site.. Everyone loves these rumor threads for obvious reasons.. I hope that these would be true so I can leave ATT crappy service in my home. But as someone posted that engadget link so that is more trusted.

                                                                          The main reason I posted the thread was regarding the iphone 4G info , and as someone said above.

                                                                          The Apple WWDC is June 7-11 so we will see what is real and what is not. Regardless I will be buying the new iPhone 4G and i'm sure lots of people like reading about apple news on this forum.

                                                                          If you hate my threads so much you don't need to read nor reply, or bash me because I start a verizon rumor threads if it isn't me it is bound to be someone. but thank you for replying in my thread regardless.

                                                                              The rumor is that AT&T and Apple are ending their agreement early and you will not have to wait until 2012. But as epitome said - they're have been a lot of these rumors that never become reality.
