If You're Stressed, There's Hope: Just Wait Until You Hit 50

If you're stressed by what life sometimes throws your way, wait a while. It gets better. Really.

As you age - especially once you hit 50 - personal contentment increases while stress levels fall, according to new research published in Early Edition, the online journal of the Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences.

That's because you become sad to realize that you have to accept personal contentment
        regardless of your shitty reality.

There is no such thing as stress. Unless someone dies based on decision you need to make in the next thirty seconds, your fine.

My wife's truck broke down Wednesday night, Thursday morning I nearly died twice during an operation, and before I got home that day we were told our truck was toast. Bought a new truck on saturday, completed the operation on Monday. No fucking stress whatever so ever.

              Grow some fucking balls.

Knowing that you're closer to death must be very comforting.

I hear that but I remember not thinking I had any stress and gave no appearance
to anyone else that I was stressed. I didn't feel stressed.
But when patches of my hair fell out and left complete bald spots I went to
the doctor and he said the problem was caused by stress.

You may think you had no stress but I doubt it.

I think you mean "don't panic" and show stress.

I didn't get really stressed until I was over 50.
What do *I* have to look forward to?
