    Anyone Watch The League?

    I caught up on this show from 2-5a on Saturday night when I couldn't sleep.

    Pretty funny ... anyone else watch it?

    And for those that do - does Andre remind anyone else of someone from the industry?

      The fantasy football series, right? That's hilarious. They haven't started a new season I'm missing I hope.

          I was disappointed how short the first season was, I'm sure they were testing the waters. I can only assume the next season will start around football time, but who knows.

                  That's FX for ya though. Rescue Me, Damages, and their longer running shows are only 10-13 weeks I think, but on the flip side they have a lot more original shows throughout the year with no summer slowdown.

                  I love June and July because of Rescue Me. Oh Tommy ...

                      Rescue Me jumped the shark about three years ago. USA summer season is about to start as well.

                      Wasn't The League only around six episodes?

                      The Shield used to drive me crazy with 13 episodes... I wanted full seasons!

                          Eh, I still like it.

                          One FX I couldn't ever get back into after it got too weird was Nip/Tuck. First two or three seasons were good, the rest sucked.

                          Yeah, The League was only six episodes.

                          The 13 episodes might be a good formula for them though, people seem to really take to FX shows.
