I was in Cancun last week i didnt use enough sunblock on the scalp /hairline region

i am a tomato now

and I was already tanned before going on the trip but that fucking sun was extremeeee

Get something with Lidocaine.

Last year my feet were so sunburned that they were actually swollen and made me puke the first night. I couldn't walk. The ONLY thing that helped was some Hawaiian Tropic stuff with Lidocaine. Lidocaine gel is AMAZING. Seriously, screw everything else.

My head looks like the once a year usually. Since I shave my head I walk around and there constantly flakes around me... it's pretty gross. People look at me like I have a crazy disease. Lotion only helps me for like 15 mins and it starts flaking off again.

It's probably bad for me but I try and rub the dead skin off in the shower...

that is what I am worried about man the scarring...

I gotta find the dermatologist bitch i went to few years ago when i got my tattoos.... but will try to see my regular doc first see if he has a clue or will hand me off to a "specialist"

needless to stay , the tanning salon is on hold till further notice

Had exactly the same thing happen to me just from being out in the sun for 2.5 hours in New Zealand (no ozone at all). Took a week to fully peel etc and thank god no long term scars, but it looks like you do have what can be classified as 1st degree burns.
