How do you track your payments?
It's really a big headache to track down all payments and see which programs still owe you money.
How do you track it ? |

I'm using statsremote, but it doesn't have such thing like "Received payments" or stuff. The only way I can think of would be excel file with all manual submissions.. But that's pretty hard with 200+ sponsors

i was actually just looking at this option in niftystats this morning. looks like you basically enter in every time you get a payout, and then you can compare that to your earnings numbers. in essence it's the same as you would do with an excel file.
handy, but i wish i would have noticed it earlier. i've kept all my check stubs over the last several years but it's gonna be a pain putting all that info in. i've put it on my "to-do on a slow day" list lol

It does. You have to enter what money you received and it calculates how much is owed to you in the column Account Balance.

Luckily I make most money with 5-10 sponsors, can't imagine having to check hundreds, if they weren't on ccbill. Love the ccbill "one payment for all" feature.

Quickbooks. Just treat them like invoices.
