If you want to lose weight quicker, you have to get less calories every day. Exercising on the treadmill burns calories. 3500 calories burned = 1 pound of fat loss. The calculation might look something like this (assuming 2000 calories a day keeps your weight the same)(the less you weigh yourself, the less your daily dose of calories is):
If your daily dose to maintain weight is 2000 CAL: Day 1 Eaten: 1500 CAL Burned on treadmill: 300 Calories lost: 800 Day 2 Eaten: 1200 CAL Burned on treadmill: 300 Calories lost: 1100 Day 3 Eaten: 1200 CAL Burned on treadmill: 300 Calories lost: 1100 Day 4 Eaten: 1200 CAL Burned on treadmill: 300 Calories lost: 1100 Day 5 Eaten: 1200 CAL Burned on treadmill: 300 Calories lost: 1100 Total Calories lost after 5 days: 5200 CALORIES = 1.48 Pounds of fat loss This is advice from one of the fat men who wants to be not fat anymore. |
Yesterday I had a fever of 104 and this morning I am still in the 101-102 range. I imagine if I can keep this up for awhile I'll lose some weight...

just did a bit of googling re: the biggest loser- they workout 5 hours a day with those trainers.
that and a massive diet change would certainly allow for those kinds of quick loses. |
