can't you flip the text in photoshop?

Image menu -> Rotate Canvas -> Flip Canvas Horizontally

something like that? I've never done arabic or hebrew text before

type the text-Ctrl+T(the text layer must selected on the layer menu)-Right Click on the text->Flip Horizontally-Enter.
The first solution that comes in my mind.(probably there is more....)

What I think you're asking is, you want the "effect" of backwards typing to be displayed, yes? Not just the final backwards type, right?

i wanna put some sort of text ads to bne displayed at videos and those will be in Arabic language
