It's a shame the were not able to sue for enough that it bankrupt the company.

WTF are they thinking, using an image they didn't own? Must be taking clues from the online side of the industry.

Talking about Flickr, they have a huge creative commons database. It just takes a few extra seconds to give the proper attribution and backlink to avoid any legal hassles.
