Waste of energy too. Big drain on society.
Most people don't know what to do, don't have habits or routines in place to deal with this extra energy. Physical exercise or the gym can be good, but exercise and meditative-type physical activities that allow you to also let energies settle that aren't currently needed are most beneficial (as they won't be distractions and lets your mind be clear to think with more clarity when you're indeed thinking). Anyway.. 2 cents. Do yoga, is all I'm saying. :) |

Getting "drunk" is for college kids and idiots, why do you think alcohol is legal and on every other advertisement? They want you wasting your life away in an alcoholic haze, while you waste your time on trivial things like watching grown men throw and kick balls around...
Most of you are probably drunk on a regular basis. |
