Anyways, thanks for the advertising, we had "quite" a few new webmasters sign up for our program. If it wasn't for this unleashing of threats, our "little" program would have probably stayed in the darkness... Our stats today (+1138.53%)....
I hope you all understand what type of precedents are being set now, if someone owns a .com name, then you will have to surrender your .net, .org, .whatever ...
Anyways, when we registered sextraffic.us, we realized that sextraffic.com was different than sextraffic.net which was also different than sextraffic.org, so obviously we were not dealing with a trademarked name there. Therefore, we went ahead and registered sextraffic.us, who are we anyways but a small bunch without the millions that Pete enjoy.
So, in order not to enrich fat lawyers, we will change our program name to something else (You'll have to visit our site to find out the new name, no shameless spam here). But realize, Mr Sextraffic Pete, that we could go ahead and "fast track" the trademark proceeding for "Sextraffic" and then we could see who would have the last laugh.
But, it's December 30th, I've got a fucken migraine and I'd rather spend my time making money than fighting over a futile domain name, no offense to your program.
So, have a Happy New Year, a great time in Vegas, and next time try the "diplomatic" approach, it works a lot better than threats.
And to all of you who insulted us without even knowing nothing about this "affair", I say Go Fuck Yourself.
By the way, in order to sue someone over a domain name, you must have a registered trademark or copyright, having the .com doesn't entitle you to the other extension.

there is sextraffic.net and .org but those are not affiliate programs. you are running around the boards with sextraffic.us (and obviously we are not idiots and know what your doing) which runs as an affiliate program and will not tolerate it. that and you only registered nov 4 of this year. and we have been registered since 1998.

I am not threatening you, I just want to make sure that you own the proper trademark. I have no time for futile things, so we changed our name, that's it. I will not be in Vegas but I would love to hear how you plan on accomodating us. As for stealing traffic from you hoping that people will type sextraffic.us instead of sextraffic.com, COME ON, we are not optimist morons. I liked the was sextraffic sounded, that's all.
So, now let's hope that the new year will bring hapiness to our poor lives, look; it's saturday night and instead of fucking and dancing we are arguing in front of a computer, wow, what have we become.
PS: Don't forget that trademark, we may not register it, but some other "Hot Heads" may do so just for the hell of it.
