I think they just use that bus as a rolling advertisement. I've seen it down in a Daytona a few times when nothing was going on. Likely cheaper than renting hour long TV spots every night on late night TV.

I've even seen the bus up by Mackinaw City, Michigan a couple of years ago, I was puzzled. There was a car show up that way, so perhaps that's why.
