          Anyone anti porn has to be anti porn tubes as well. At no time have so many been watching porn as now.

            "The Internet is a copyright-infringement machine." - I agree this is largely true.

            I think that it's fair to place some photos on your site and link back to the content owner with some % of the traffic (using FHGs or links to main site, etc.). However, putting long videos on your site and not giving the owner of the content any traffic back is not good.

            This article says Youtube has been sued for copyright infringement by Viacom. I have some sites where I place embedded Youtube videos. Youtube encourages webmasters to place embedded Youtube videos on their sites. I think that if some Youtube content is stolen - that is Youtube's problem. It should not be a problem for me if I place an embedded Youtube video on my site.
