I took one of your sites and looked at the bounce rate. 50% is about the average and you are below that however, you do have some pretty high fluctuations. I used the Asianporncuties sites to pull this but don't know what you primary traffic site is.
When we see high fluctuations as we see here, there is normally a good indicator that your users are experiencing bottle necks at peak load times unless you have affiliates or SEO turning on and off. Slower load times will reduce conversions however, banner rotations can do the same.
Most of your users come from wildpornreview.com which I assume is your traffic portal. Those visitors mostly come from streamate.com a cam site which I assume you are using for traffic as well. Then there is your exit traffic which goes to google for the most part. Take that as you will but my assumption is that they are still looking. Either for free content or similar content.
I would love to talk to you if you are interested in looking into site optimization and perhaps Johnny V to talk about his new SEO product as it may just come down to where/how you are getting your traffic.

Sorry yes it was but I didn't have much to go on so I used link on your sig. If you could get me more information I would love to look at it and talk off line (email) if you want. Just an idea.

I would love to consult with you on some of my own conversion issues via email! Do you only discuss such matters with "the big boys" or can "Up-and-Cummers" play? LOL
I ask because I liked your analysis, and I've been seeking such analysis for awhile now. Feel free to contact me via ICQ if you prefer.
that's normal, it really depends on how you're marketing your traffic. I usually get a 1:50 conversion ration, but in the beginning I like1:12,000... I usually delivery traffic to webcam sites (IMLive, etc), I once advertised a Fetish niche and my click throughs at that time weren't going to the fetish pages. The sign-up links took em search page, which wasn't fetishy... Hard lessin learned early on. Now my ratios are just fine.
Check how you are actually marketing to your traffic and you'll figure it out. For example are you advertising teen and the chicks are far from teen when they get to the actual site? Maybe it's a wrong keyword. The biggest pitfall I see many webmasters take is overusing the word "FREE", free sign-up this, free sign-up that... It's discerning to member's when they see Free everywhere and then when they go to sign-up they see fees. Those are just a couple examples... Happy Hunting!

DUde.. alltough I like your opinion and agree with the points, it doesn't explain why ratios dropped from 1:900 to 1:3000 in one week. None changes were made in that period to the sites
