On the radar and approved is in many ways better than not on the radar.
Every company has adversity... the successful ones are the ones capable of overcoming it.

*For the record, I never called you any names.
I simply pointed out that I believe retarded people would be able to understand the distinction. :winkwink:

If companies want to deal with them again fine but I would not do it. So don't start crying when you don't get your check or something else happens with this company. They are on the radar so are all the companies dealing with them and all the affliates. Calling me names will not fix this issue.

I understand where your coming from but i also agree with the poster below that statement that says on the radar and approved is in many ways better then not on the radar at all.

Say you go w/ an alternative, their not on the radar. What happens when the doj / gov decides to scrutinize them closer, are you sure they can stand up to it / survive the ordeal? While it's now obvious that webmaster checks can, i highly doubt some of the alternatives mentioned around here could do the same (hell some of the 'alternatives' can't even keep their website up).

I would also like to state that the probability of this happening to WMC AGAIN is slim to none. Just about every other payment processor out there is more likely to have the DoJ look into them... I'd say they're the safest bet to do business with/through at the moment.

Think of this as what it is, an investigation into WMC... you've just had the full weight of the government's biggest most scrutinizing eye all up in their business... and they came out the other side without a charge.

IMO this makes the WMC look very, very good...

That's great news for everyone!

Thanks for adding something to convo instead of the crazy shit posted above and its a good point but also have to wonder as mentioned "On the radar and approved is in many ways better than not on the radar." :pimp

I'm not here to argue. I want my money like everyone else. So with that I hope they worked everything out and everyone gets paid.:thumbsup

Ask yourself this question...

How much would most billing companies be willing to pay for a letter from the DOJ saying "This company is operating in a completely legal and ethical manner.' A letter like that would add quite a big amount of positive weight to any sales pitch. I am sure WMC would rather none of this ever had happened, but in the end I think they are actually in a better position now than they were before any of this happened. :2 cents:

No offense taken. On a B2B level I would completely agree with you.
On a B2C level I don't see things the same way.
But that's a subject for another thread :winkwink:
