globill signup screen fucked! - GoFuckYourself.com

I've only had my pay site a little more than a month - with Globill.

The first few customers who expired are now trying to signup again. But they can't. The reason is, when you signup with Globill you get a cookie, apparently.

So when a month later, the user trys to signup again, it bypasses the username screen. The user tries to enter his info, and then he gets an error message that the username is already on file.

So somebody with Globill for more than 30 days must now how to solve this - maybe by deleting the cookie with PHP?? I emailed Globill and am waiting for an answer???
