    So the guy wants to sell his site...

    And it's arcade games site and he claimed nice traffic and earnings and I've asked for somekind of proof because I also run few arcade sites and arcade banner exchange so he provided "proof" of adsense earning:

                          just curious, how much time is spent running an arcade site? The reason I ask is because if it is a matter of set it and forget it that's a descent amount of money. But if it needs to be babied along the way then that does not seem worth the time.

                          Also to help me define your terms, when you say arcade site do you mean something like y8.com?
