Over the past few years I have worked with more than one adult company that almost exclusively uses pay pal on a regular basis and none have ever been frozen because I have always gotten my $$$ without delay.

I don't know how the hell you get caught selling panties and using pay pal... but its whack, I don't know why pay pal considers adult to be such a big deal. They are missing out on a TON of transactions, that they could attach a moderate fee and make serious bank... they are lame.
