    NATS 4 Question. "Submits"?

I have a sponsor using nats 4 and I noticed in the stats they have "raws" "uniques" "join hits" and "submits". Is the "submit" the number of times a surfer has tried to use their credit cards?

Number of times they submitted the nats join form to the credit card form.

alot of times it's just someone clicking the join button... it will register a submit even though they didn't enter any info.

Yeah I was hoping the scrub was not as hard as my numbers are showing.

Do you guys have an idea what a good and/or avg "submit" ratio is?

I'm really not sure about other programs... we are getting 1 submit out of every 100 join hits but I am sending alot of TGP traffic to the site.

How about submits to sign ups?

I know the traffic Im sending is not the best, just trying to get an idea.

That's a tough question... I would say though if you're getting 40 %ish or better to signup after the nats join submit, be happy.

The ratio though could be way higher or lower, depending on so many factors though. So in my opinion, whatever your submit to join ratio is, as long as it's somewhat steady over a good sampling of traffic and time, then... all is good.

Now... getting the join hit to submit ratio to improve, assuming it isn't done in a blind way, produces more sales simply because the submit to signup ratio tends to hold steady.

                Hope that helps...

Well, not exactly. Its the number of times the join form was submitted for any join option selected (CC, check, pay by phone). By join form, this is the page where the user selects user/pass/email and join option. Its not the actual CC info page.

Also, errors / false info submitted is also counted in join submits.
