We have since January 2010 tried to get our money paid out.
They say they have forwarded this request to their so called finance department to request our money be transferred to us but nobody is getting back to us.
Since more than 3 months back (after they shut down processing for us and others here) they have kept our money.
They have promised 7 times to contact their finance department(starting back in February) to payout our funds and let us know the date of transfer to our bank account.
But they don't want to payout and hope the customer will eventually give up.
Everyone knows that XBiz awards go to their top advertisers.
That's BS. We certainly are not a top advertiser (although we do advertise) and I know several that have won that were not advertisers at all. Xbiz runs it clean.
