I know domain name where it's illegal used right now, but what I can do about that?

Like others have said contact the host, they will take it down...

Scroll to step 1, and send the info to the host hosting the infringing content... they will take it down..

Hooli shit not only to use it on site, their even sell it to other webmasters, have site where sell it as own script

Now it much bigger abuse, a was contact two lawyers in Netherlands, who know maybe I will earn much more money on this way
