                                                                                                              I never TOOK DELIVERY of his scrapper. Which he himself can verify. He never had access to my server to install it. So I am not scrapping shit and reselling scrapped content. That's something I would want to verify before posting up allegations repeatedly, but I guess you just never learn in that regard.

                                                                                                              As for the hosting, we are talking about MONTHS ago before I had started marketing these tubes aggressively, and needed to start my own hosting operation for the better support of my tube clients. Again, something I would probably already want to know before throwing allegations around.

Something, like you have been doing the past 48 hours, would be a good example.

People are not just banned because you call someone an asshole, or you do not like someone. You either have to go overboard, or you have to repeatedly keep going after them.

                                                                                                                                                          I'm not saying he is a scammer, but last year, this fucker bought a portion of our content package from Simon Synister/Sologirlcontent for $2k, we sent the entire package in full, but he needed to pay in 4 payments of $500 over 2 months, ok fine, Simon thought he was a cool guy, so no problem. Then he wanted to add our content to those tube site deals, we thought about it for a minute and then backed off...he said guys would send him $$ for the deal..so why not send our cut to us and we ship the content??? So we know everything is legit. He didn't like that we backed off...He requested a signed license so he could use the content on his sites and that was fine, he set us the license agreement...we signed, scanned and emailed back to him, that was not good enough and a few weeks later he tried to REFUND the paypal payments he had sent, even though he had all the content, all the 2257 and a signed/scanned copy of the license agreement..( but he wanted to refund because he needed a hard copy of that agreement) So we fed-ex it to him and told him to drop the dispute on Paypal, he didn't , even though he had everything he asked for. but he was unable to get his moneyback since it was over 45 days since he sent it ( the 1,2,3 payment) the 4th payment we won, because we proved he was sent the docs via fed ex and signed for it


                                                                                                                                                          in the end our paypal was blocked, I think his was too, not sure, but I just felt that was kinda shitty and really unwarranted. I wouldn't doubt if HE got Sologirlcontent banned, probably trying to get me banned right now, fuck him.

                                                                                                                                                          All I can say is, if you're dealing with him, get your money UPFRONT and by WIRE or Money Order.

Him posting this up to get attention will really just cast the light back on himself.

                                                                                                                                                                      All of this shit was posted before, so this is not new by any means for others who have dealt with him over the years, it's well documented and his SoloGirlContent nick is banned. Go ahead, run a search, entertain yourself. That said, he is claiming this handle is actually his ex-lover, or ex-gf, or baby's momma, and that she is posting on his behalf.

Only THEN did you send it out that following Monday. I received it sometime that week, and PP closed out the claim without me doing anything as it was at the cut off mark and you provided them proof of tracking.

                                                                                                                                                                                          So there was nothing for me to do in regards to PP.

The play by play of how your CB came to be in the first place. If Eric wants, or needs, additional information. He can have it.

                                                                                                                                                                                                      The details were laid out. Others can do a search on the banned username, SoloGirlContent, and read up on some of the additional past history if they like.

                                                                                                                                                                                                      PP closed the claim. I filed the dispute. You sent out what I had repeatedly asked for that following Monday. You updated the dispute. I received the docs sometime that week. PP closed out the claim before I put anything in there once you provided the tracking number apparently.

                                                                                                                                                                                                      The CB would not have happened in the first place if I would have been given what I asked for. Beyond that, I am not going to argue over some year old bullshit. The facts are covered in these few posts as to the how and why it came to be in the first place. People can make their own decision based on that.
