Dipsh... Erhm footsies interpretation of events? That his server was "too full" to handle all of the videos and I should hold on until he deletes space. Currently one of his assistants is sick, and his other one does not have the capacity to clear up space on the server so he is severely overloaded on work at the moment. (Not so overloaded he was unable to spam GFY and other forums looking for income, of course) I said just let me install and verify it works, he can run it when he was ready. I was met with a week of him pushing back before I finally realized I was not going to get my money.

Below are multiple quotes from another forum where he does reference the fact he was both looking to hire someone, and that he does in fact owe me $150, but I should invoice him first.

Here is not only proof he does not pay his bills to those that do work for him, but one can wonder (no accusations here) that if he needs to rip content from tube sites, whose tube content is he really selling?

Anyone who runs a business requires and invoice.

I am having the other mods actually get me the documentation on Rich in regards to this. He was repeatedly asked for one publicly on the forums. He was called out by multiple mods multiple times for not sending one just so he could keep doing what he is doing now. He has never made any attempt to send an invoice. He was told to post it on the forum if he had to and then he would get paid and shut the fuck up about this. He has never done this. Not to my email, or PM, or posted per request.

Abbie, who is a mod there, can verify this. I could say a lot more about this guy, but I am simply going to leave it to the lawyer to handle. It's publicly documented play by play on the other forum. Mods can easily verify not only this situation, but Rich is a liar.

I then have the option to continue my work with that person or not... of course I will, not having an invoice isn't the end of the world when you have the documented emails on the job.
