Has anyone found anything that lets you import fhgs into wordpress?

Also I am looking for a fhg import tool. Something that will import and spit out a list of the fhgs into a page with thumbs etc etc etc... I dont really need a mass tgp trade script etc etc...

as i recall thumblogger has a free gallery to blog tool which i think works with your own wp sites as well, not just free blogs. been a while but its probably still there.

I have the other two apps, but I use UUGallery exclusively for what you are describing. The customer support kicks ass as well.

That kind of confuses me, and since you are far better at WP than I am, I wanted to ask about it.

What advantage would being a plugin have over the way it is now? I guess I am not totally clear on how a plugin is defined.

I tested UUgallery ... lot of bugs ...and it's not a plugin ...

the best way you can do it in two steps : gallery2rss -> rss2blog

1 - Import gallery to RSS feed ( XML ) - you can use Gallery Scraper
2 - Import RSS to wordpress

plugin doesnt edit core files, uugallery does, meaning everytime you upgrade you have to replace those files.

you should never edit any core files, because those changes will be undone when an upgrade occurs.
