                                                just to clarify in case you don't understand logic, I would have voted No, because I think he did nothing wrong and I did not see him call anyone a scammer. Nobody is above the rules (unless of course you are top advertiser perhaps), and so I couldn't have voted "No, he is exempt from the rules".
