Well why don't you check out the russian adult webmaster boards? Plenty of hosters there who offer russian support etc., with servers in US/UK/NL datacenters

I can recommend advancedhosters.com, they have been around a long time and are very decent

Also I don't think that any hoster would have a specific problem with a russian credit card, if it's not something obscure used only in Russia?
